SAMPLE COLLECTION AND PREPARATION

Collect a urine sample in a special cup. Urine samples can be refrigerated to 2-8°C and stored for up to 48 hours. For longer storage, freeze samples (−20°C or lower). Refrigerated or frozen specimens should be removed before testing to bring them to room temperature.

Use only clear urine specimens for testing.
